Everything Is Looking Good
by Michelle ~ March 11th, 2008. Filed under: My Thoughts.Yeah for Project Wonderful. I have the ads on my page for approximately three days and within those three days, I have made four cents. Do you know why I am so excited? It’s because even with Adsense for the last three months … I have made more with Project Wonderful! Now, I am totally rethinking the whole idea of Google’s Adsense. I just may have to ditch their ads.
Yesterday I was reading an article about how Google has changed something in one of their requirements. But it requires webmaster’s to reveal that a cookie is being used in these ads on a type of disclosure page. I am not sure that I ready to add another disclosure of any kind that isn’t making me money. I do not want to get rich, but a few extra pennies don’t hurt. So Google, I am getting ready to kick you to the curb, nicely though.
Tomorrow is the day for my HSG. I am kind of looking forward to it, to see what my innards are doing. That will be the telling day of when a decision is made to move forward. Tator Tot and I were having this discussion in the car on the way to work today and he totally forgot that we were getting this close to all of this. This reminds me I need to let my supervisor know that I will be taking a *longer* lunch.

Don’t be nice about it. The only thing Google is doing is counting their pennies while making up complaints of how you gamed the system so they don’t have to pay you.
PW is great because not only go you NOT have keywords, page counts, or clicks to worry about (the advertiser sets their own price, per day, highest bidder gets the spot.) but you don’t have to wait 3 months to get paid for yesterday’s ads. You can go and send the advertiser’s money directly into your own PayPal account as soon as their ad run is complete.
Don’t Kick Google to the curb Nicely… Have them dragged off the blog by security, in handcuffs, with everyone watching.

I have removed Google Adsense as well from all my sites and it feels great! They can get rich over someone else’s back

Sandra - It is a great feeling removing those ads from my blog. I should have done it long ago.
