How Can You Talk About Resolving Issues And Never Get Anything Done?
This is exactly what I am wondering this afternoon. I had my meeting with the ‘boss man’. I swear he would make a better living at selling cars then what he is doing now. Ugh! I am just so frustrated right now, that I would rather go sell cars then do what I am doing.
I only had two questions asked to me, period. And then ten minutes of him telling me what he is hoping to do with department and when a couple of more issues should be resolved. I am not sure what to think right now other than I am disappointed in the meeting. But I never expected to have anything solved at that particular moment. There were no further solutions offered other than what we all have heard before. And none of those solutions has been implemented.
So my search for a new position within the company is still a green light. I think waiting out changes would be a waste of my time. For now, I am going to close. I hope that you have a great afternoon.
