Today is my Friday, hooray! In addition, my office mate will be returning to work as well, so no more slacking and its back to work for me. Actually, she has her interview today. I hope that goes well for her after her week and a half off. I was talking to another co-worker yesterday, even she was a bit testy at the fact my office mate had taken so much time off. Yesterday was the day that I remembered what it was like to work with a bunch of women. It leaves a somewhat sour taste in my mouth and is not always so pleasant.

In yesterday’s post, I edited it to reflect the new change that I am going to be doing. That is going ahead and getting my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. No matter where I look, a two-year degree is not going to put me ahead, especially where pay is concerned. I was rather surprised that an LPN makes just about what I do. Right now, I have myself stuck in a position that I do not like, but the pay is much better than any of the other jobs I have held. So right now, I have myself in a bit of a catch twenty-two. Less than six months, if I did my math right and I will have the opportunity to find a new position. However, in doing that, many of the positions require a Bachelor’s degree. Therefore, I will ride this out for a while.

I feel like there is a ton of things that I need to do this afternoon when I get home from work. Tator Tot needs his haircut, I have class tonight and Big Brother is on. Maybe there is something else that I am forgetting, but I think that is it. Maybe I could take an hour or two off early this afternoon. Oh, I also have to call the dentist’s office for an appointment. Anyway, its eviction tonight in the Big Brother house and I am keeping my fingers crossed that Libra is the one to go home. Believe you me; I will be going on about it tomorrow.
