Yes, it is. There are three weeks to go before Christmas break. Well as of today two weeks and four days. Thanksgiving break wasn’t long enough, I want more now. Usually during these breaks I begin to get restless and want to go back to work. Not this time during Thanksgiving break, but I am sure that I will get restless over the Christmas break.

Classes start tomorrow. Yesterday, I received my book for my writing class. It was a day early. So I am set and ready to go. I need to call and register for my next term classes. I have plenty of time to get that done.

Upon returning to work, I thought that I would have alot of work to do and I did have quite a bit. Now I have finished it all up and I am current to the day. So I have no idea what I will be doing now. This afternoon I need to prepare for my review. Each of the fiscal years we have to start a new review and go over it with our manager’s. My review is tomorrow morning. I am not looking forward to creating it. I dislike doing this type of stuff.

Well, we are closing in on what should be ovulation for the weekend. Hopefully this will be our month. That’s all I have for now. I hope that you have a great day!!

Good Morning!! With Thanksgiving over the holiday season shopping season begins. Personally, I can’t stand big crowds or standing in lines for what might be a good deal. So long before this day, I was telling Tator Tot that I refused to step foot into a store. I threw that all out the window yesterday when I decided that we should do some window shopping at Target. Oh my gosh, the crowds!! We almost saw one guy literally get run over by a SUV. The driver then shook her head like it was his fault. I swear people only get crazy around this time of the year.

I am on cycle day eleven with ovulation predicted for next weekend. We are ready. Seriously, that’s about the extent of excitement in my life. Two more days off before returning to work, counting today. I did a bit more creating with my Daz3d program and thought that I would share here.

Yes, it is just one day away from the holiday, Thanksgiving. Plus, I only have to work four hours today. That is certainly some cheer to be had. I am not sure that I have mentioned this, but every morning I keep a look out for potential new jobs. I am not really in the market for a new job, but I like to keep my options open. A while back I decided to apply for a Correctional Officers position for the State of Iowa. Yesterday in my email, I received an invitation to take the tests. It came as a total surprise and shock. I am just not sure that I am cut out to do this. The only plus side to it that I can see is that I will be in a good position to become a Social Worker for the state, which is what I want to do once I complete my degree. I probably will sign up to take the tests and see what happens from there.

I am on cycle day eight. Still days away from ovulation. So we are just kind of on hold for now. Other than that, all has been rather quiet at home. I have to go to work this morning and I am hoping that there is actual work for me to do. This week has been really, really quiet. I know that I have some filing ready to go, but that is about it. Going back to the possible job change. I am a bit concerned because I will probably have to work weekends and holidays. Where as right now, I get that time off plus three weeks of vacation. Yet, the state benefits are absolutely great. As you might read I am conflicted as to what I should do … Is this a promising door that has opened or am jumping out of a rather secure and plushy job?

That’s all I have for now. I hope that you have a great day!!

Yes, its true, my second term of college is over. And the final grades have been posted as of last night. In my software applications class, I can proudly say that I received a full 100%. My psychology class was a 95%. Together I received a total of 97.5% or if rounded up a 98%. Putting the grades together it looks like it will be another 4.0 term as well as another certificate for Tator Tot to hang up. Classes are finished until December third when my third term will start.

Yesterday was a relatively quiet day, which was good. On Saturday Tator Tot and I called my Mom just to see what was going on. She was at my brother’s house babysitting overnight. We asked if we could come over and just say hello. My nephew was there and he was playing shy for the longest time. Finally after a while, he broke out of his shell and we were able to play. He and I played football, store and then included my Mom in the band that we marched around the house. It was so cute. A perfect way to end Saturday.

Thankfully this will be a short work week, two and half days. I love’em like this. Tator Tot and I will be going to my Mom’s on Thursday afternoon for dinner. We have decided at some point during these couple of days off to do some deep cleaning in the bathroom. Other than that, we don’t have any other plans for the time off. It should be a good four and half days off of work.

That is about all I have for now. I hope that you have a great day!!

Tator Tot and I had a good morning. We did our usual running around and came home. It was quite cold this morning. I think that tomorrow is supposed to warm up. It is somewhat weird not having schoolwork to do today. I am not sure that I mentioned a couple of days ago that AF did show up and now I am waiting to finish up and then prepare for doing my OPK’s. I started taking soy yesterday. Last cycle I took 160 milligrams. This cycle I decided to back it down and only take 120 milligrams. The first couple of days of AF this cycle were incredibly uncomfortable.

In just a couple of weeks, I will get my bonus from work. Tator Tot and I already have plans for it. Each of us is going to set back some money in order to go to the doctor and get a prescription for Chantrix, the stop smoking medicine. I would like to say that health is a major reason that we want to stop smoking, but in all honesty it is the cost and then health is the second reason. Of course stopping is a huge benefit for fertility.

Well that about sums up my blog post for today. I hope that you have a great day!!

Yes, once again I have slipped in my efforts to keep blogging on a daily basis. Actually for the past week or so, my only focus has been in completing my school projects and getting another good set of grades for this term. As a matter of fact as of lately, I have been thinking about closing down my blog all together and starting anew on a free service. First of all it would be a overall savings of sixty dollars a year and I am not really doing anything with the site other than blogging. I just haven’t made a decision between Wordpress and Blogger. If you are reading my blog and use one of these services, let me know which one you prefer and why. I would be very appreciative.

On to fertility talk … Well it seems like Tator Tot will be in top fashion for making another attempt next month. He is feeling back to his old self once more. Now I am just waiting on the sidelines for AF to show and then I will get put back into the game about seven days later. Forunately, I am stocked up on OPK’s (I am not sure that qualifies as being stocked up, but whatever). And with the Christmas bonus coming next month, I should be able to squeeze enough money out to get another box despite all of the other things I have on my list to do with this money. So despite my thoughts in waiting until the New Year, I will POAS (pee on a stick) yet again in 2008. *Cheers*

School is done for the term. I know what we are doing for Thanksgiving. I just don’t know what I am going to be ’assigned’ to bring. I have begged Mom to be let out of the wine duty unless they really wanted Boones Farm, strawberry flavored. I am not a big wine drinker, but that’s the last wine I can recall drinking that tasted half way decent. I think that I could even afford enough to get EVERYONE really drunk. Now see, that’s the last memory I had with Boones Farm Strawberry wine … getting really drunk.

Well, I think that I have posted enough for now. I hope that you have a great afternoon!!

I am so glad to say that I am all done with my final projects for school. It took almost all three days to get everything done, but I kept pushing forward and completed both of them. All I have left to do is finish one reply to a discussion board in my psychology class. Wednesday marks our tenth week the final week of the term. Then December third is the start of my third term.

I received a phone call on Sunday from a position that I applied too. I was totally caught off guard. I like to be prepared when I have an interview. Anyway, its not a job that I am at all counting on, but it was interesting to talk to them about it. It would require that Tator Tot and I move. I think that we have settled on staying in this area.

Once this term is over for school, I am not sure what I am going to do with myself. Thanksgiving is coming and Mom told us over the week that it will be at her house. Just my brother and his family then Tator Tot and I. I guess sometime after that Mom and Ray will be heading to one of his daughters houses. Personally, I am glad that we won’t have to do any traveling over the holiday.

Today is 12 or 13 dpo. My temperature dropped over the past couple of days and even had a few AF cramps. So I thought for sure I was getting ready to start a new cycle. Well if you go look at my charting my temp raised up this morning. AF should be here in a few days and Tator Tot is feeling better overall so I am hoping that this next cycle will be a good one for us.

That’s all I have for now. I hope that you have a great day!!

Yes, it is going to be a busy weekend, there is a lot to do. I mean that I have alot of school work that will need to be done. Yesterday during the down time at work I was able to get a little bit of my school work completed. Now I am still hoping that I will have time to start organizing my thoughts for my psychology class. Even having an outline will make a huge difference in getting the paper completed.

Speaking about work, I was able to get all of my applications completed by early morning. Then I asked a couple of co-workers if they had anything that they needed me to do. I received the same answers all around, no. I am glad to know that I am not the only one watching my workload slow down. When I left work last night I think that I left a total of four applications in my inbox. That will take a total of an hour to complete and then I will be wondering what I should be doing from there.

I am sure that I am not the only one keeping one eye on the stock market watching the results at the end of the day. I keep wondering what is going to happen at the company I work at. Like I mentioned in a couple of posts ago, layoffs are going to happen, but I am not affected as of yet. The government took a stand yesterday to not bail out the three big car companies and I am totally in agreement with them. I just keep wondering what the effects of that will be in the long run. Tator Tot and I just need to keep pushing along with what we have and be thankful. I don’t think any big purchases are in order for us this year.

That’s all I have for now. I hope that you have a great day!!

At work. Ok, so I have survived round one of layoffs and for now I can breathe easier, but my work load has dwindled down to nothing. I am literally on top of everything that comes into my email within minutes. Maybe I have just become much more efficient. Actually we have monthly totals that we need to keep track of and my totals are certainly seeing a slow down in things being sold. Now I worry if the government doesn’t bail out the car industry, which can have terrible effects on the economy, our company could look at a second round of layoffs. For now, I sit tight and hope that it doesn’t come to that.

Tonight is the start of week nine of my second term in college. Its the class where the one kid copied from my post and used it as his own. I am hoping that the professor talks about plagiarism tonight in class. That will make me feel much better and I will have confidence that he has taken care of the situation. I am sure that he did regardless, but it will make me feel a bit better. Now I just have to hope that this guy (the one who copied off of me) isn’t in any of my other classes.

Today is 8 dpo. This cycle is down the tubes and from a couple of past posts I wrote why. So I am hoping that next month will be a better month and a successful one!! Wouldn’t that be a great way to start off the new year. Well for now, I am going to close this post. I hope that you have a great day!!
